Kidney Stone: 61yF w/ hx of kidney stones presents via TV for 1-week f/u. The patient reports persistent left-sided flank pain. Recent urine culture was positive. She as started on Augmentin 2 days ago. Prior Hx: The patient reports 3-4 weeks of moderate-to-severe left flank pain. She notes the history of kidney stones x2. Last one was a few years ago. She notes that her PCP found microscopic blood in her urine. She has been taking any meloxicam for pain, which is making it tolerable. She denies any changes to her urinary symptoms. ------------ The patient's previous work-up history is listed below: CT A/P w/wo Contrast: No hydrounephrosis. Calculus in the left renal pelvis.
