Kidney Stone: 61yF w/ hx of kidney stones presents via TV for 1-week f/u. The patient reports persistent left-sided flank pain. Recent urine culture was positive. She as started on Augmentin 2 days ago. Prior Hx: The patient reports 3-4 weeks of moderate-to-severe left flank pain. She notes the history of kidney stones x2. Last one was a few years ago. She notes that her PCP found microscopic blood in her urine. She has been taking any meloxicam for pain, which is making it tolerable.
