Kidney Stone: 63yF presents in consultation for urinary stone disease. This is not the patient's 1st stone episode. She is s/p left URS/LL w/ stent (Dec. 2024). She presented to Inova ER on 4/10/[ADDRESS] A/P showed multiple right ureteral calculi in tandem in the right proximal to mid right ureter measuring up to 6mm and associated moderate right hydroureteronephrosis. UCx was positive for E. coli. Pt was admitted for septic kidney stone. Right ureteral stent was placed on 4/11/2026. Pt is here to discuss definitive stone management. She is currently on Ceftin. No acute concerns today. ------------ The patient's previous work-up history is listed below: Current Medical Therapy: tamsulosin; oxybutynin. Cr: 1.1 (4/10/26). Stone composition: n/a.
