Notes: S/p rigid R URS/LL for 3 mm stone.
We discussed general guideline directed dietary management strategies: (a) increase fluid intake to achieve 3 L
of water with lemon to achive average urine output goal of 2.5L/day, (b) low sodium diet less than 2000mg/day,
(c) maintain normal daily calcium intake of 1200mg/day, (d) limit animal protein to less than 8oz/day, (e) low
oxalate diet in select cases.
Plan: RBUS ordered for further eval.
