Bladder Cancer: 1/30/2026 Here for post BCG cysto for bladder cancer S/P BCG 6 (full dose) =========================================================== S/P cystoscopy and TURBT on 07/24/2025 and 09/08/2025 TURBT path: Dome: bladder mucosa with congestion, cystitis, and reactive changes. RPW: benign bladder mucosa with chronic inflammation. LPW: benign bladder mucosa with congestion and focal cystitis cystica. PW: chronic inflammation and focal epithelial atypia; muscularis propria present. DPW and deep dome: benign fibromuscular stroma. No malignancy present. (September 2025). TURBT: HG Ta, multifocal, muscle present and uninvolved.(07/24/'25). Cysto findings: (05/12/2025): Mild bladder trabeculation, 2 cm mass on anterior bladder wall, erythema on posterior bladder wall, bladder neck normal, prostate lateral lobe enlargement, urethra normal.
