General Urology: 1/12/2026 Here today for cysto surveillance for bladder cancer ======================================= Prior work-up: CTU w/wo IV contrast (6/2025): 2mm calculus or tiny surgical clip in post-mid bladder wall. 5mm calcified gallstone. 1.5 x 0.9 cm nodule in medial limb of right adrenal gland, consistent with a benign adrenal adenoma. 1.6 x 1.3 cm nodule L adrenal gland consistent with benign angiomyelolipoma. Prostate gland is midly enlarged 4.2 x 4.0 cm. Cytology (6/2025): Atypia. Felugen stain is negative. Telomerase stain is negative. Cytology (02/2025): Atypia. Feulgen strain negative. Telomerase stain positive. FISH Negative. Completed BCG 2/6 (round 2) in 11/2024. Missed last maintenance BCG dose Cysto (7/2024) Negative, IPP, median lobe, severe lateral lobe hypertrophy Completed BCG 5-6/2024 s/p TURBT (3/5/24): 3 cm tumor left lateral wall.
