Prostate gland is midly enlarged 4.2 x 4.0 cm. Cytology (6/2025): Atypia. Felugen stain is negative. Telomerase stain is negative. Cytology (02/2025): Atypia. Feulgen strain negative. Telomerase stain positive. FISH Negative. Completed BCG 2/6 (round 2) in 11/2024.
