Male erectile dysfunction, unspecified - N52.9 (Primary) 2. Low libido - R68.82 Treatment 1. Male erectile dysfunction, unspecified Notes: He comes in today to be evaluated for erectile dysfunction. Male genital and testicular exam completely normal (2/24). Erectile issues have since resolved but continues to have low libido. 2. Low libido Notes: HP2: FSH 1.4 (L), Prolactin 22.3 (H) (2/24) Discused possibility of endocrine dysfuction. This is likely unrelated to low libido as testosterone levels are normal. He has noted some trouble sleeping for which I discussed could be an underlying cause of libido issues. Recommend him for follow up with PCP on possible endocrine dysfuction which he is agreeable to. 3. Others Notes: Patient BMI is noted below normal, and is counselled on nutrition, and referred back to PCP for further treatment. Today's visit is associated with current and anticipated ongoing medical care services related to the patient's single serious and/or complex condition.
